RIP
This is Lizzie an odd mix of Terrier and Corgi. She was the strangest pooch but for some reason she picked me to befriend. Any time that I would have to go on the road she would wait patiently every day at the door waiting for me. She would only go to bed reluctantly and pouting. When I did get back she would happily chew me out for a few minutes until I was reminded of my place and home again.
She had been getting progressively sicker and had little desire to eat even her favorite foods. She seemed to be suffering and despite my wanting to keep her around it just wasn’t practical. I miss her a lot.

I’m sorry to hear about this. In many ways it is just as hard to lose a dog as a person. Well let’s face it, apart from the four feet and no opposing thumbs, your own dog is a person.

It is nice to see you back. I am very sorry about Lizzie. I hope something good comes along to you very soon.
Thank you both. It still feels like I lost my last friend. I still expect her to be there.
