Been extra cranky the last few days and I was going over old files stored on my computer. I always liked these drawings and thought they were by the same artist. Can anyone identify who the artist is and where these were published?

They seem to share subject matter and style. All of them have mechanical contraptions that I would include in the popular spanking machines found in popular culture. I have got to organize my files, soon.
